If you’re looking for somewhere to rent close to the water, this is the place for you. Located near Buchanan Resort in Pine Point Subdivision (Buchanan) you are in the center of the many attractions, close to numerous boat ramps, restaurants, and bars. You can ride your golf carts or side by sides, bike, or walk the neighborhood and see many friendly faces. You can also sit on the porch and watch the people go by if that’s more your style. This place is perfect for many different lifestyles. So if boating, fishing, golf carting, golfing, biking, hiking, or porch watching sounds good this may be perfect for you. We are a family renting this home out fully furnished because we enjoy the area and experience and we want to share it with others. This is a very spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath open concept home. There is a queen size bed in a private bedroom. There is also a full size bed and a couch for sleeping. If you feel you need more sleeping room inside feel free to bring an air mattress, there is room in the common area. A perk to this place is there is a 30 amp hook up for a camper if you have family or friends with one and you all want to make a weekend together. (SEE FEES)
