Looking for a comfortable place to stay on KY Lake, close to a boat ramp, and sleeps 10? This is it! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your needs.

This spacious, open-concept house sleeps 10 people with 3 full-sized beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 full-sized futon. There is one private bedroom with a full-sized bed and 1 large bathroom in the house. There is a smart TV, along with Wi-Fi provided. There is covered parking for two boats, with electrical outlets, and additional parking on either side of the house. A fish cleaning station is provided a

nd a back patio is furnished for lounging with table and chairs and a pellet grill, with a fire pit area off to the side. The house is located in the Antioch Neighborhood and is 1/2 mile from the Antioch Harbor Boat Ramp and 400 yards from Swamp Creek. Paris Landing State Park is 7 miles away with the city of Paris, TN being 15 miles down the road. Local eateries, bait shops, and gas stations are less than 5 miles from this quaint neighborhood. Whether you are looking for a place to stay while you fish, a family vacation, a friend's weekend, or a romantic getaway, you'll love this place! Located at 76 Atwill Dr., Springville, TN 38256

$125 per night with a 2-night minimum. 3-night minimum on holiday weekends.
$75 cleaning and sanitizing fee added to every stay. We love our dogs and know you do too, so pets are allowed! There is a $50 pet fee if you are brining your fur babies along. The first night's rent will be charged when booking as a deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining rent plus the cleaning and sanitizing fee will be charged after check-in. Staying a week? You get a discount! If you stay 6 nights, then your 7th night is FREE! We accept PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, all major credit cards, and cash. Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
