In Missouri, photo ID (e.g., driver license, military ID, passport) is required to cast
a ballot. Voters who do not have a photo ID may cast a provisional ballot.

All photo IDs must be nonexpired, unless it is a driver’s license or non-driver ID that
expired after the last general election.

FRIENDS, read this carefully.

Your absentee ballot cannot be hand delivered to your polling place on election day. You can return the ballot by mail or at a local election office.

+Voters in Missouri with a valid excuse may vote absentee.

+They must request their ballot by Wednesday, October 23 (by mail) or November 4 (in-person).

+Absentee ballots must be received by 7 pm on Tuesday,
November 5.

+Missouri requires you to complete your absentee ballot in front of a notary and provide photo ID unless you are overseas, active-duty military, or are permanently disabled.
