4 Miles from I-95 w/access to Northbound Express lane makes for easy 45 min commute to DC. 7 min from grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, gas.
Price is dependent on length of stay and whole unit vs may consider individual room rate. Best would be to message us to discuss case-by-case.
The space:
Amazing space that can accommodate 1-2 families in a quite cul-de-sac within a very safe and friendly neighborhood! Large private basement w/3 bd, full kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, full bathroom w/shower & separate whirlpool bath tub, private entrance, Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/Amazon Video, ping pong table, and relaxing back patio w/grill, fire pit, seating, and Koi fish pond.
Two rooms have a queen bed set; the third has two bunk beds. The standard beds alone could comfortably accomodate 8 guests; that does not take into account the living room futon and the plenty of additional air mattresses available if needed. High chair & pack’n play. High speed WIFI. Desk & chair. Pets will be allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional small cleaning fee (daily fee of $10 per pet w/max of $30 per pet per stay). All pet requests must be made by guest to host and include breed and size details before confirmation of reservation. All pets must be in kennels or crates if left alone. Space is deep cleaned and sanitized between all guests.
Try your hand at 18 holes on our award winning golf course, take a swing at a round of tennis at the community tennis courts or take a peaceful walk around the neighborhood walking trails and take in the luscious golf greens.
Guest access:
Private Guest access is controlled via electronic locks and security system. Keyless code entry which will be provided by host prior to arrival. Guest will have access to full space and their respective half of the outside backyard patio. Washer/dryer on premises, owner will facilitate laundry upon request. Guest will have access to 2 parking spaces on premises. Garbage cans are located on the side of the house near the driveway. Host will likely be home and can always be contacted via text or FB message. Interactions with host will be in accordance with guests choosing/wishes.
Other things to note:
We limit our guests to those that have been agreeded upon between host and guest. Any additional guests or events that might bring a gathering (ex. BBQ) require coordination with host. Not to mention we may even be able to grant you access to the entire patio for an event if availability allows. No smoking inside.
Host lives on site and is happy to answer any question you may have during your stay. We hope to ensure a mutually respected experience during all guest stays. Our number 1 goal is for you to have a relaxing and satisfying experience while staying at our home.
