Our latest review of Present Street Place:
Emmelyn and Gina are great hosts. This house was a great place to stay. Very homey, comfortable, clean, and had everything you could need. Communication was excellent. Everything was also clearly explained and labeled in the house so there was no confusion and we were able to just enjoy our stay. A book explaining the history of the house was also provided which was fun to be able to read through. If we could give more than five stars we would!

We love it when vendors like and select Present Street Place to show visitors what their new products are. The kitchen sink can be turned on by a wave of your hand or a touch. The shower head is easy to keep clean and feels great!

Our mission with Present Street Place is not just to have a short-term rental, but to have it used, when possible, by patients coming to Houston for medical treatment. Here’s a review from a recent stay: “My family and I stayed at Present Place and I recommend this place to Cancer patients who are receiving treatments or recovering from surgery. The house was very clean and exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy for a family of 6 and we stayed at Present Place for 4 weeks. I really enjoyed the location which was away from the busy city and a place to recover after surgery. Thank you Gina for the hospitality and great communication. It’s a gem!”

After our first set of glasses was broken within a few months, we have found these to be sturdy…We don’t provide alcohol, but even for a glass of water, these are great!
