Working in Guam and Saipan this last year we've come to appreciate the difficulty of traveling between Guam and Saipan consistently and inexpensively . I know as well that travel between Guam and Pampanga ,where many island residents hail from ,is complicated by the fact that no airlines offer a viable direct service to Clark Field in Angeles City. For most , direct flights would be a major im
provement from having to transit NAIA and all the difficulty associated with that. The success of 786 Travel Club will be directly related to your patronage and participation.If you book round trip flights at or above the numbers necessary to operate these flights you will effectively have your own private aircraft home to your province. We shall aim to fly one charter flight per week and if there is demand the frequency can be increased with a transit flight through Koror,Palau.The goal is to originate from Saipan and transit Guam enroute to CRK as a public charter flight open to club members.
786 Travel Club ,as the Charter Operator ,is seeking to contract US based international airline , Dynamic International Airways ,currently operating charter flights to Guam and Saipan from China .(www.airdynamic.com)
786 Travel Club must obtain US Department of Transportation approval for any scheduled public charter flights before any tickets can be sold . We hope to have a signed agreement with the airline and DOT approval in time to operate flights direct to CRK beginning Holy Week 3/19/16 . The aircraft to be utilized will be either a B767-200 ER or a B767-300 which can accommodate 217 or 233 passengers respectively. The flights between GUM and CRK will be catered with the customary food and beverage service you'd expect. If there is the demand it is hoped we could fly daily round trips between Guam and Saipan outside of the trips to CRK originating in SPN. Flights on Dynamic would be subject to the Terms and Conditions implicit in the Public Charter Operator-Participant Agreement available for review on their website.
