We are blessed beyond measure with the support we have recieved here at The Duck Camp. Our clients come here to hunt and leave as part of The Duck Camp family.
Brian Bancroft has helped in so many ways the latest a lamp he hand carved as a kid, late 1800’s😂, has now taken its place as a treasured memory beside a photo delivered to me at the Sportsman show from an epic 7 man limit hunt.
Mark, from the same hunt is helping with home milled cedar for our remodel and live edge wood for our TDC made island.

It’s out early goose is September 7th through 12th! We have over 2k acres of barley fields and open dates! The lodge is freshly remodeled and we are ready and waiting, to shoot some Honkers! We are expecting a great early season lots of local birds around. Don’t wait book now!

That’s a wrap 2023/2024 water fowl season is done! Closed it with a great Snow Goose hunt in bad weather conditions. Those little jokers are tough! Played some mind games with em, plus figured out how to keep em out of the grass fields to help our farmers!
Take a month off to relax then, a ton of work to get ready for next season! Remodeling the lodge, pit blinds, roads to build, fix a ton of broken equipment, food plots, the list is long!

Thank you to all the support from so many, the list is long…..

But the real hero’s of The Duck Camp is our wives for putting up with how much we are gone and the long hours listening to us on the phone talking about everything water fowl!

My back hurts, well everything hurts, I’m tired, I have no idea what’s going on in the world due to not having time to watch the news, and everything I own is stained with mud.

But, when is opening day?
