What's the longest flight you've taken? Mine is not too long - only about 5 hours (Detroit - Montego Bay, Jamaica), but I KNOW some of my clients and followers have me beat!

🛫Here are my 3 Essential Tips for Surviving Long Flights!

1️⃣ **Pack Smart**: Keep essentials in your carry-on! Noise-canceling headphones, a neck pillow, an eye mask, and your favorite snacks will make the journey way more comfortable.

2️⃣ **Dress for Comfort**: Layers are key! Opt for breathable fabrics and slip-on shoes for ease during security and changing cabin temperatures. I may have a tried-and-true airport outfit but it works for me every time!

3️⃣ **Stay Hydrated & Move**: Drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine, and stretch or walk every couple of hours to keep your circulation flowing. TIP: keep little hydrator packs in your carryon to help you stay hydrated!

I would love to know...what's the first thing you do when you arrive at a new destination?

For me, especially if I'm heading right to a hotel, I'm UNPACKING (unpopular opinion, I think?). But I'm usually a super efficient packer - I'm using packing cubes and a list to make sure I have everything I need. I'm also a visual person, so once I can get it all out of my bag I feel 100% prepared to take on any new activities like walking around the resort or hitting up a swim-up bar.

What do you do first? Are you an unpacker or do you head right to lunch?

I want to know...what's your dream destination to visit during the holiday season!

My top pick is a classic - New York City. I'm obsessed with the tree at Rockefeller Center. It's really breathtaking and makes you feel the holiday spirit right down to your bones. Plus there's so many fun experiences, like going to the Plaza Hotel for tea!
