Meet the new owners Tim Neuman and Theresa Simmes Neuman ! Tim is the son of Rosemarie and Ted. He grew up at the farm in Stevensville. Theresa grew up in Sunburst. They met while in college at MSU in Bozeman, and the rest is history ❤

Our first wedding was pretty special. is one of the grandsons of Ted and Rosemarie. We couldn't think of a more perfect couple to be the first to sign our wedding wall ❤ cheers to happy couple!

Our Roots: Ted and Rosemarie first bought the ranch in 1969 and raised their 4 children there. They had cows, sheep, goats, horses, llamas, ducks, chickens, and much more. Ted was a surveyor and Rosemarie worked as the secretary of the Stevensville School for many years. Both would be very happy to know their beloved home stayed in the family ❤
