If you have the chance to try Alta Langa, you simply must. It's *not* prosecco. It's a bottle fermented sparkling white made in the same method as Franciacorta and Champagne, typically with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in specific areas in the Langhe portion of Piemonte, above 500m (a few select higher hills in and around the Barolo and Barbaresco producing areas).

It's fabulous, and the best way to celebrate a special moment.

Everyday in is 🍦 day but especially in the summer when you can literally delve into some velvety 🍫 of any sort and pick at least another different flavor any day 🤩

Gelato is healthier than in terms of nutritional content and quality of ingredients. Even better when it's made with seasonal fruit and local dairy products.
Needless to brag about our many local 🐃 🌱 flavors too 😎

Like cookies 🍪 and gnocchi , you can make gelato with virtually anything, that includes 🍷 🧀 and flowers 🌺
This lilac flavor is 😋 paired with or 😘 chocolate with whole 'round and gentle' hazelnuts 🌰 from 🧚🏻‍♀️

As in we are the top 🥝 producer, and certain areas are famous for their peaches 🍑 and cherries 🍒 when in town or in the region, you should always try as many flavors and gelaterias as possible to compare 🤓
