We had a great start to our May grouper opening. The Black Grouper and Red Grouper were biting. But the tax man was out and about. This time of the year we like to work the reefs for snapper and Grouper. Yellowtails are the best way to get started. Once the Yellowtail’s get happy send a legal size yellow tail down to the bottom to see if there’s a grouper, most of the time they are waiting.
