Chef Brock won the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef Southeast. He also has two cookbooks that made the New York Times bestsellers list. In addition, he also did a cookbook with people diagnosed with myasthenia gravis. I have a recipe in the cookbook done by MG-United.

Test Kitchen experience on the Scarlet Lady. This reimagined food was delicious. Learning that they have a female chef was a plus. You can pretty much guess what I had….. This was a six course experience and worth every course. Definitely add this restaurant to your list when you are onboard. NONE of the restaurants are considered “speciality” dinning as they do NOT charge extra for any of their restaurants.
