This property is near Sugarloaf Mt. Ski Resort. I have been doing this rental thing for over 20 years and help people to create interesting travel experiences during their visit. Ofcourse, reservations are mostly for skiing trips.
In the past, I have assisted flexible housing for ( say line workers) when they needed odd days to complete projects and needed spaced out repeat housing without a need to register every time... [ Nowadays I do not provide linen. But I do give a pocket size copy of the Constitution of the United States and maps of Quebec, Canada ( 20 minutes away ). ] Snowmobilers can access the trails right out the door. Fabulous mountain biking all around. A 26 mile man made lake, Flagstaff Lake.
I know, people have always appreciated the experience and assistance I provide. Now about Covid, very few cases , not one in the town. But I do I have a blue air, air purifier! Property left vacant for atlesast 3 days between stays ...Extreme clean... always been like that already !
