A stubborn sink leak resulted in some early morning plumbing work that also got us some beautiful backyard snaps and a pretty nice new bathroom vanity! A little extra countertop space for our guests from now on 🥰

We took the leap and are now on our maiden journey of a guest with a pet! Stipulations and several rules applied to hopefully ease the concerns while still making pet parents feel at home while temporarily away from home.

We just completed adding a 4th bedroom - compact and complete with private work space! Excited to be able to accommodate larger local families in their temporary housing needs.

Excited to now offer EV charging to our guests! This is not only helping us differentiate in the furnished rental market, but we also believe it’s just the right thing to do for our environment and future.
