Getting started on second slab with rock as most of the rough grading complete. Working to get irrigation, electrical, and landscape team engaged. Next up is pushing first slab into place and replacing dock. Oh and complete bathroom remodel and run new water service to the house

Thanks to Midstate Landscaping & Irrigation for coming out and installing an irrigation controller between renters this week. Guys were quick, professional and knowledgeable.

First renters are in this week with second group coming in on Saturday.

So far no issues. Also no dates available in July…and only some remaining in August and September. Phew…
