Busy vacation rental company located on sunny isles beach , Fl is looking for a maintenance worker to help maintain the apartments. The candidate needs to have painting, electrical, plumbing knowleage .
Work is from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm

Empresa de departamentos vacacionales ubicada en Sunny Isles Beach con mucho trabajo esta buscando personal para mantenimiento ( handyman) .

**** Tareas a realizar: ****

- Inspeccion de las unidades ( inspección que los departamentos están correctamente limpios) y reparación de danos
- Pintura / Plaster
- cambios de filtro de Aire acondicionado
- Instalacion y mantenimiento de electrodomésticos y muebles
- Trasladar, mover y acomodar muebles.
- Reparacion de cortinas
- Limpieza de deságües
- otros servicios, como empapelar, cambiar las persianas y todas esas cositas que se rompen y estropean a diario.

1) Conocimiento basico o intermedio de Ingles
2) Vehiculo propio
3) Puntualidad
4) Responsabilidad

Horario laboral - Lunes a Viernes de 9.30AM a 6PM

Ubicación laboral - Sunny Isles Beach - El candidato ideal debería vivir cercano y tener movilidad propia.

The handyman will be in charge of the maintenance of the apartments. All our units are located on sunny isles beach and as we manage vacation rental units we need you to coordinate the works. Candidate must have their own tools and own transportation. Someone who can finish a job with fine detail work in residential home.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Supervise cleaning staff
- Inspect apartments. Checking that everything works ( lights, TV’s, etc). Repair damages
- Painting
- Assemble tables and other types of furniture
- Clean floors and windows etc
- Arrange furniture
- Carpentry knowledge
- Change bulbs
- Basic drywall , finishing / patching
- Change AC filters / Batteries, light bulbs, water heaters
- Tighten locks, handles, door k***s, furniture
- Install shelves , pre-hung doors.

Requirements
- Basic tools
- Reliable transportation - Valid driver's license.
- Some English needed / Spanish is a must .
Communication & time management skills

Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including lifting up-to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and scaffolding if needed.
Manage personal safety, customer jobsite and personal appearance.
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
