Pelican Place Topsail Island

We are under contract for the sale of Pelican Place, our understanding is the buyers will continue to rent out the house but under what name/booking entity is not clear, I assume they will stay with Carolina retreats for remainder of 2023. Current reservations will be honored.

Thank you to all that supported us and stayed at our beach house, we hope to be back on TSI in a few years.

The weeks we stayed at Pelican Place both times we have witnessed either a hatching or a nesting… not promising anything but it does seems to be a turtle hot spot! Summer dates are open!

Exciting times at Pelican Place, this week witnessed a turtle come ashore, lay her eggs, head back to sea and the turtle rescue relocated to a safer location in the dunes. Expect to hatch 55-60 days from now.
