Still looking for your OCEANFRONT summer stay? We still have LOTS of dates to choose from!!

We own TWO side-by-side, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom OCEANFRONT homes (rent both for the ULTIMATE Family Vacay!) in the heart of Surf City (less than a mile from the pier but not near a public access so quieter!).
We are a local, retired military family owned and operated property (not run by a rental company) which means our heart and soul goes into making sure YOU have the best vacation possible!

We rent Sunday to Sunday and still have the following summer dates open (we also have lots of spring/fall/winter as well!):
Weekly ALL IN (no hidden fees) Pricing: $4500/no pet, $4650/1 dog under 50lbs side A only

Side A (allows 1 dog): Week of 7/6, 7/20, 7/27, ANY August Week

Side B (no pets--great for those with allergies!): 6/22, 7/6, 7/13, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, 8/24

We are currently just doing direct bookings because we hate the fees VRBO charges you! We will be putting remaining weeks on their shortly so NOW IS THE TIME to get the best deal!

Nestled on the beach, this Surf City vacation home is within a 15-minute walk of Surf City Beach and Surf City Pier. Southside Park and Seacoast Art Gallery are also within 1 mi (2 km).
