The new rental rate and fees for 2025 will be:

1300.00 rental rate
195.00 tax
50.00 OSV resort fee
120.00 cleaning fee

Dog fee varies up to 2 small dogs, 1 or 2 large dogs, no cats

(Depending on the size of a large dog we may only allow one. Very large dogs may not be allowed due to the size of our house. This will be decided when I have all the dogs information)

Small dog $100.00 per pet
Large dog over 25 lbs $150.00 per pet
Extra large dogs over 75 pounds $200.00

Separate refundable security deposit $250.00

Already booked for the following 2025 dates. April 1- May 31, May 31 a June 7, July 5 - July 12 and July 12-19.
