๐บ ๐บ๐ธ We are so excited for the 4th of July Golf Cart Parade tomorrow! WOW! We have over 100 participants pre-registered, and we are happy to announce that we are pulling names out of a hat to award participants for pre-registering courtesy of Hippie Hen House!
Participants should arrive at 10am next to the Holiday Inn and check in with someone from the KSBB team.
The Grand Marshall for the 2023 4th of July Golf Cart Parade: Matthew Satter. Chief Petty Officer, Retired, Matthew F. Satter joined the Navy in 1988. He served as a Gunnerโs Mate upon the USS Aubrey Fitch, conducting ship boardings in Operation Desert Storm during the Gulf war, as well as the USS Nicholas during the Kosovo War.
While not out to sea, he was an instructor for multiple weapons systems as well as fire suppression systems. He was also part of the support team dedicated to SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team TWO.
Matthew retired from Coastal Riverine Squadron TWO in February of 2011 after 23 years and currently resides in Surfside Beach with his wife Andrea.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for the best decorated carts (most patriotic) and winners will be announced immediately following the parade at Chimichanga Llama.

The parade will start at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront Resort and travel south to Melody Lane.
