Our Story
Our story started a few years back when our Co-Owner Susan Hood was working for a different company and was not comfortable with how the home owners and the guests alike were being treated. It was not easy for her to work every day booking these homes while knowing that there was not only a different but more ethical way to do this business. And that is where it all began. Susan and her husband John went out on their own and began conducting business based on a few simply properties; honesty, integrity, and passion.
In the beginning, we set out to let both home owners and renters know that we are here to work for them. Our desire was to assist the renters in a quick and pain free booking process and to make sure we accommodate to each of their specific needs. Not only do we strive to make the booking process easier, but to also make the check-in and check-outs go much smoother. If we can get a family into a vacation home without hassle, that leaves them much more time to enjoy their vacation and have fun!
We also care dearly about our home owners and the homes themselves. We treat each house as our own and do everything in our best ability to keep the homes clean and well-maintained. Our home owners should be able to sit back and have full confidence that each aspect of their home and the rentals are taken care of.
Now, along with help from their daughter Phoenix, John and Susan manage around 22 beach homes inside of Ocean Lakes Family Campground. We are a true family company and we would love to continue grow our business.
