We found a winner in the extra fee dining options for Carnival ships! JiJis Kitchen on the Carnival Panorama is 100% worth the minimal upcharge that comes with specialty dining. Specialty dining may not always be in the plan when keeping a budget in mind, but we believe this is a must do dining experience and well worth the current price of $18 per adult and kids just $6! Our recommendation, look past the steakhouse options on these amazing ships. You may find a hidden gem.
