Golden Rock Dive and Nature Resort and Scubaqua – Special rates and free nitrox

Check out this special and more on our website at https://www.deepblueadventures.com/tour/golden-rock-dive-and-nature-resort-and-scubaqua-special-rates-and-free-nitrox/

Diving in Statia is regarded as some of the best in the Caribbean. Explore reefs, wrecks, pinnacles, and walls with Scubaqua Dive Center. You can explore 36 dive sites – most of which are moored to protect the reef from anchorage. Scubaqua offers low guest-to-guide ratio and dives for all levels. So, whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will be able to enjoy the true beauty of diving St. Eustatius! They have 2 dive boats, a 36-foot boat called Green Flash and a 27-foot single hull called Yellow Boat. The majority of dive sites can be reached within a 5-20 minute boat ride from the harbor.

Explore the tranquil waters of the Caribbean accompanied by experienced dive instructors. Dive into the untapped Marine Reserve where you can enjoy and explore walls, historical wrecks, patch reefs, macro dive sites, lava flows, boulder slides, and rock outcroppings. An unforgettable experience that will impress even the most experienced divers!

If you have never heard about this small, undiscovered island in the Caribbean, it is only because it’s a well-kept secret. Unaffected by mass tourism, St. Eustatius is not your average Caribbean Island. Imagine the Caribbean about 25 or 30 years ago and you get close. The reefs surrounding St. Eustatius are flourishing in a protected marine park. Underwater you will experience what much of the Caribbean must have looked like many years ago. The eye-catching volcano “the Quill” dominates the island with its impressive crater and is responsible for the huge amount of lava flows and blocks under the surface. These old labyrinths of lava are now fully overgrown with coral and sponges. Combine these reefs with numerous historical dive sites and more recent sunk wrecks and you will find yourself a diver’s paradise!

It is Remembrance Sunday in the UK and the Marine' Corps birthday today in the USA. Followed by Veteran's Day in The USA and Remembrance Day in Cananda tomorrow. We pause both these days to reflect and remember those who have sacrificed some or all for our freedom and safety. "Thank you" will never be enough, but we hope you know the meaning behind it and the gratitude we have for all that you have done. You and those before you, will never be forgotten.

Bilikiki Cruises - sorry, make that now EMPEROR Bilikiki will take great care of you in the Solomon Islands! ⛴️

The Solomon Islands are home to some of the best reefs in the world and the diving is spectacular, diverse, and colorful, there is not just one type of diving but an array of different habitats and ecosystems. There are pelagics and critters, wrecks, caves, amazingly healthy coral gardens, sand slopes, mangroves, walls, and sea mounts. There is no ice diving but pretty much everything else is covered!

Amazingly there are very few dive operators in the Solomon Islands and this means that it’s extremely rare to see another dive boat during the trip. Having dive sites to ourselves is one of the many great things about the Solomon Islands.

On a trip you can expect to see some of the healthiest hard corals in the world, sheer walls covered in huge fans, magical caves and cuts with spectacular light beams, an unimaginable array of colorful tropical fish, tornados of schooling fish, sharks, tunas, trevallies, and mackerel hunting shoals of fusiliers. There are WWII shipwrecks, modern wrecks, plane wrecks, and dump sites complete with underwater trucks and bombs, a dive site where mantas pass overhead almost as though they are checking divers out more than the other way around, and another where the healthiest reef imaginable can be enjoyed to the sound of a rumbling underwater volcano not too far away. There is also an amazing diversity of macro life and cuttlefish, octopus, a mardi gras of nudibranchs, pygmy seahorses, coral hermit crabs, and crocodile fish are just a few of the things seen on nearly every trip.

‘Garden Island’ is what the locals affectionately call Taveuni, the name speaks volumes for itself. The resort is located in a paradise of lush tropical forest and beautiful gardens all around.🌸

The Fijian Island boasts several beautiful waterfalls that cascade down steep cliff faces into the ocean, an amazing sight. Not far from Aroha Taveuni, there is a ‘natural’ water slide which is a must to visit to watch the local children stand and ‘surf’ down barefooted-it takes your breath away.

The diving and snorkeling from Taveuni are rated as some of the best in the world. Somosomo Strait is known as the ‘Soft Coral Capital’ of the world. The resort works with Taveuni Dive for all of their guests' diving needs. They are very professional and a well-run company. If the tide is right, they pick guests up directly from the beach in front of the resort, or if tide too low, vehicle pick up for a short drive to their dive boats.

The beautiful 10-meter infinity pool and sun deck adjoining the main house are available for guests to relax and use. The restaurant Kai Time is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and every meal will leave you excited for the next with an abundance of flavors.

A short boat ride from Aroha Taveuni takes you to Koro Levu, an uninhabited small beautiful white sandy beach island which offers fantastic snorkeling. Take a picnic and spend the day lazing on the beach living your dream.

Further North, there are some beautiful long white sandy beaches. Take a walk along and find the beautiful shells on the shores, swim in the crystal-clear waters, then head for the waterfall at Bouma on the way home to swim in the fresh water. Just fantastic way to end a great day out. If you are a golfer, there is a beautiful nine-hole, par three course on the island. It is very pretty as it hugs the coast heading south on Taveuni (green fees apply).

The resort can take you to a village very near for you to experience the cultural song and dance of Fiji and of course to sample ‘kava’ the local drink.

Aroha Taveuni can make bookings for diving, snorkeling, surfing, fishing, sightseeing, bird watching, coastal walks… or anything else you may wish to do while staying with the resort!

A genuine Fiji experience awaits all who visit this remote and secluded paradise. If you’re searching for true hospitality and long to experience the culture of a mystical land, spend some time in Paradise Taveuni Resort. 🌸

The Fiji Islands consist of over 300 islands spread over 7,000 square kilometers. Taveuni, being the third largest, is known as the Garden Island because of the luxurious plant growth found here due much in part to its rich volcanic soil. Paradise Taveuni Resort is found on the flat south end of the island, behind the mountains, and protected from the wind, ensuring calm, clear waters year-round.

Situated on the southern tip of Taveuni, the resort is a secluded getaway. The resort is perfectly positioned on 5 acres of oceanfront land with deep-water frontage and an extinct volcano behind (900 meters high) serving as a dramatic backdrop. It’s this unique deep water frontage that allows guests to dive, snorkel and swim from the lava flow edge into pristine warm tropical waters at any time of the day or night. If you want to truly experience the best scuba diving in Fiji, Paradise Taveuni Resort is the right place for you.

Heaven for all! 🤩

B&J Diving Centre and Tioman Dive Resort are located on Tioman Island in Malaysia - heaven for beginners as well as experienced divers or those who want to learn scuba diving.

Though somewhat overshadowed in the past by the more famous dive destinations of eastern Malaysia such as Sipadan and Mabul, Tioman and its surrounding smaller islands are now gaining a reputation as one of the best destinations in the South China Sea for both its diversity of marine life and the health of its coral reefs.
Another reason for Tioman’s growing popularity is the range of diving experiences available, which are suitable for everyone from novices to tech divers. There is a wealth of shallow to mid-depth sites where large boulder fields are covered by a variety of hard and soft corals. An abundance of caverns and swim-throughs capture the attention of explorers, while critter hunters can find all manner of macro life tucked into crevices or hiding among rubble fields. Pinnacles attract large shoals of reef fish, which in turn draw the attention of jacks, mackerel yellowfin barracuda, and rainbow runners. Wreck enthusiasts have a number of options, from collections of small fishing boats that hold grouper and snapper to larger wrecks at mid-range depths and a collection of WWII wrecks from battleships to submarines, which are accessible to tech divers. The crown jewel of this ghost fleet is the 745-foot HMS Prince of Wales.

B&J works hard to operate as an eco-resort to help educate visitors and reduce their impact. They participate in the PADI Project AWARE program and have been awarded the PADI Green Star™ Award and are also a top ten Green Fins Member. This means they have demonstrated a commitment to conservation that includes water conservation, energy use, environmentally friendly transportation practices, use of sustainable materials, conservation leadership, and a donation to conservation through Project AWARE.
