We are up and running to support any customers affected by the storm in need of assistance with panels beeping, alarms, low battery troubles, or immediate security needs. To all alarm customers affected by the storm with a power outage. Once your power is restored your alarm backup battery will most likely show as low. The panel beeping can be silenced by acknowledging the low battery. Your battery should recharge slowly over a 4-8 hour period and the trouble condition should go away on its own. If you need assistance please call our office 24/7 for an on call service rep to assist.

To those who were assisted with disconnecting the backup battery once power is restored you can reconnect the battery and the above will apply.
