Lightning Lane Premier Pass will debut October 30, 2024 with very limited quantities for Guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts and other select hotels.

Some changes are coming up this month for Lightning Lane selections (formerly Genie+, also formerly FastPass!!). It seems WDW has taken to heart everyone's suggestions to improve this system. Now you will be able to choose 3 experiences a day a week before your trip begins as long as you are staying at a Disney Resort! That sure beats waking up at 7am on a vacation day, a definite improvement in my book. All other Guests, including Annual Passholders, may purchase 3 days in advance.

With Lightning Lane passes, plan ahead to skip the standby line and join a shorter line for select attractions and experiences at Walt Disney World theme parks.
