My services come at no cost to you. Travel companies pay us out of the

same fares they collect regardless of how you book your trip. It's one of those rare win-win situations. Whether you saved up for years for your very first cruise, travel regularly in Concierge class, or anything in between, you matter to me! It's a privilege to be a part of your vacation planning, and to assist you in creating memories to last a lifetime. A little bit about my philosophy:
I grew up in what often feels like the last days of true customer service. I also watched family members in business treat clients like friends. Many became family friends. I knew it liked it, but I don't think I fully understood it was special. Probably as a result of these things, and in light of so many frustrating changes, I find myself frequently complaining these days, about what I have come to call "customer disservice." If you find you're impressed when someone at a local restaurant or 800 number is knowledgable and takes good care of you, you may know what I mean. I really dislike using such cliché words, but my goal truly is to try and "be the change" I want to see. As a travel advisor, dealing with large companies, I certainly can't control everything, but for my part, I aim to do my best to advocate for you. To be forthcoming and upfront, reachable whenever reasonably possible, answer your questions, and stay with you not only through the booking process but beyond it, so that you can focus on the fun parts. I want to treat you the way I'd like to be treated. These are important values to me.

Just a quick reminder that I am still 6 hours ahead of my normal eastern standard time. Once we start moving back toward Florida, the hours will go back, but that won't happen for several more days.

MSC Grand Voyage day 13 - At Sea
Great lunch menu. Dinner we weren't exactly excited about, so a few of us headed to the one specialty dining restaurant onboard this ship. A couple of us are Diamond MSC Voyagers Club Members, so it was time to use one of our favorite perks. I'm more of an Hola Tacos, girl, personally, but this did get me to try a few things I normally wouldn't, and others love it. We also had another solo meeting with our 3rd round of progressive trivia, and some spa time. Some people find sea days boring. I personally still feel like there aren't enough hours in the day, and I have to make hard choices about what to do.

MSC Grand Voyage Day 12 - Barbados
Loved it. Beautiful water, soft sand, fun excursion with fellow cruisers. We saw fish, the most adorable turtle that kept swimming right into me at one point, (i hope I got good pics - I need to check my waterproof cam!) and a lot of silly fun onboard and cheesy photos after swimming over to the beach. Then a short spa visit where I met up with 2 of the other ladies, dinner, and the White Party.

MSC Grand Voyage Day 11 - Martinique
Went to St. Anne's Beach. Stopped at a Banana Plantation briefly. Nice Day. Long bus ride. Neither the bus or beach had wifi. Very light dinner and scrambling to get some things done. Grand Voyage Day 8 - Tortola. All Excursions were unfortunately canceled by local authorities. (Extra unfortunately this news came after getting up and ready insanely early. 🥱) No Baths, as planned. In the past, the Baths area was one of my favorite all-time snorkeling experiences ever, so I definitely suggest it. A few of us hopped on an island tour. Later I took an uncharacteristic nap. I ended up just chatting with people and skipping the Glow Party. Tomorrow's another port. Hopefully after decent night's sleep.
