**Michael Hadley is the CEO and founder of Sable One Investigations. Michael later established Sable One Security. He will oversee the entire account management. Michael brings over 14 years of personal experience with the Company while serving as an active and positive force in the State of Florida, but most assuredly, he is known for his positive community activism in this immediate tn-county area. Michael has been a resource for many local government personalities in their quest to seek out answers to promote political and economic growth of his community which he has lived for over three decades. He has often been urged to seek public office and courted by others be a part of their political efforts to raise the living standards for all of its citizenry. Michael will handle the day-to-day operations and will work collaboratively to ensure that the working partnership is a success.
**Marvin Wiley (Retired Chief of Police) will serve as the Assistant Director for this
contract. Marvin has had an extensive career in law enforcement. He was Chief of Police in the
Village of El Portal, Florida. He established operational crime prevention measures along with
a Citizens Community Oriented Policing program which resulted in a 45% reduction in
selected class I crimes. Marvin’s employment with the Miami-Dade Police Department spans over 30 years. He has career law enforcement achievements ranging from a capacity as a traffic and patrol officer; special projects administrator and Bureau Commander; developed/planned for events which included security for Super Bowl and regular season football games, baseball games, dignitary protection and coordination of dignitary-protection plans with federal security personnel, serve as instructor in the police academy, instructor for and as an instructor for ins ervice training programs. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science-Marketing from Barry
University, Miami, Florida. He holds Florida Police Standards Certification, Security Guard
Investigative Agency License, Security Guard Trainer Certification, and Private Investigator’s
License.
**Ralph Underwood will serve as Administrative Operations Officer / Trainer. Ralph brings over 20 years experience in the area of law enforcement. His responsibilities range from a street officer to an investigator for Internal Affairs. He has had the opportunity to provide services as an Intelligence Officer, which also required a great degree of experience dealing with dignitary protection. Ralph has had extensive training through the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office from 1989 thru 2008. Some of the training includes: Instructor’s Techniques, Drug Interdiction, Underwater Recovery, Undercover Operations, Computer Crimes, Field Training Officet; Quickclot, Taser Orientation, First Responder, Active Shooter, Self Defense, Diversity, Interviews and Interrogation, Narcotics Identification, and Incident Command System. Ralph holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Savannah State College in Savannah, Georgia, and a Master’s Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
