As a daughter and grandson, Jordan Diaz we aim at keeping our little family together, within site of the importance of our culture. 1961 was the year that changed our destiny, when our family had to leave their homeland. I want to clarify this is not a pity party, but a reality that the Nuñez-Canovas family never anticipated or planned for. Well this is our family, one of determination, tenacity and most importantly 4 amazing sisters who took a situation that wasn’t meant to be, and instead created our beautiful family. We are in Havana now with “abue, mom” after almost fifteen years since her last visit and we are proud to bring her home! Jordan .
