Since I was a little girl my mom nicknamed me Vacation Michelle because of my flair for adventure and ability to find outrageous travel deals. I would shuffle through ads and papers to find budget travel options so our family and friends could travel and learn about new cultures, try new foods and lead adventurous and fun lives!! Today, I have written a handful of budget travel articles for local

newspapers and magazines and continuously offer advice to anyone who asks regarding budget travel needs. Plus, lets just say it, everyone needs a little vacation from the status quo every now and again!

Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort is one of the worst resorts we have ever stayed in. It is labeled as a 4 star resort on priceline but it's worse than a two star. Rude, disorganized staff. The "amenities" which you pay an extra fee for all have huge lines and then get cancelled. Every place we went, the staff were all on their phones or chatting and not helping customers. The check in person was rude and told me not to interrupt her with any questions when she is talking and was making fun of customers that were just there. They stuck us in a "villa" across two streets from the main resort so with two smaller children, we couldn't get anywhere without driving or it was dangerous. No one ever came to clean the room. The entire resort smelled like w**d. It was dirty, disorganized and frankly ruined our entire weekend. I've never called out a hotel or resort before but this is a MUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be making a formal complaint.
