We did it! 5 months open, 17 guests (mostly extended stayers over a week), and about 94% occupancy! And now SuperHost status on Airbnb platform with all reviews being 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you all for your support with getting us up and running! We are currently booked through mid November. FUN!
