Candi Rowen is a state certified mediator and licensed mental health professional. She maintains a private practice throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Additionally she is a trained collaborative divorce facilitator and an arbitrator for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). Candi is a member of the American Counseling Association, Next Generation Divorce and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She had been on contract with the American Arbitration Association mediating disputes as a result of Superstorm Sandy. Fo
