We are rented for all of August but Labor Day weekend is open and then the outdoor water park and action park (ziplines!) Close.

Winter reservations are coming in. Personally September & October will be spectacular. New fireplace coming in. Thanks. M&S

Took a ride out to the Nest today.

Spectacular day. Children screeching at the water park. Screams from the zipline.

Meredith has decorated back porch with gorgeous furniture pillows.

Opened the doors, mountain air rushed through.

Handled paperwork for new propane fireplace. Installation early September. (Kills me. Love wood but ....)

We have few July dates. August Sold out. September and October getting hits. (Favorite time of year)

Off to great start. We got first monthly rental. All of August. New chairs for porch, new Fijutsi AC & Heating system. Also, new gas fireplace for cool evenings. We literally just had a deer run by chased by black bear from front porch. Love it here.

We have created a wonderful and warm home in the gated community. Amazing amenities and pool exercise facility in the community. All season fun and relaxation. Now open at Camelback, the crazy Waterpark and wave pools.
