Once arriving at Odyssey Cruises, please go to the front building in the parking lot. Here you will receive your boarding pass and get checked-in for your trip! We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your trip to allow for proper time to get checked-in and partake in the safety briefings before your trip!

If you notify us within at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure for our standard 1 hour and 2 hour tours, (longer periods may apply for special tours and events) you will be able to reschedule or receive a refund for our tours. If we cancel the tour based on poor weather conditions, you will have the opportunity to reschedule based on availability or receive a refund.
