Current progress update: rec center should be done soon, a mobile home is getting demoed and more brick pathways are getting built! 🌴☀️
After these projects are done the next steps are changing the mobile homes available into brand new tiny homes (3 available) and our community dock with boat slips. Oh and of course some curb appeal. 😂⚓️🌺
