I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our February stay at Sunrise Breeze. Location, location, location- the views are breathtaking- from sunrise to sunset, there is always something beautiful to see outside. We saw pelicans, boats coming into and out of the marina, and of course gorgeous sunrises, and pink and blue skies during sunset. We enjoyed the pool and tennis, and used both daily. It was sooo conveniently located to both the bar/restaurant on property, and the pool- which also has a bar/snack bar there too. We were thrilled with our vacation and already booked the same week for next year. It was sooo nice to be in flip flops and shorts all week, away from the cold, snowy New York winter. We went to different restaurants each night for dinner, and had one breakfast out- at Harriette's- I highly recommend it! We went to the wild bird rehab/sanctuary nearby and that was a highlight too. The property was clean and very well maintained and Dean was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thanks for everything Dean!!!!

We just returned from our first trip to the Keys and I can't say enough good things about our stay at Sunrise Breeze. Ocean Pointe has a lot to offer. Pretty landscape, a secure gated entrance, beautiful swimming pool and beach area and even a little bar/snack spot for that day we wanted frozen margaritas at the beach. The condo exceeded our expectations. The tasteful furnishings, modern kitchen & big screen television all made for a really comfortable stay. It was also really nice to have a bathroom for each of the two bedrooms. Oh, and the view? Gorgeous! Equally as important was how easy Dean was to work with in coordinating our stay. He was quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating. The location was ideal as well. We were a little over an hour from the Miami airport, close to snorkeling/dive charters, some local watering holes ( check out Bayside Café for great outdoor live music and Habaneros for authentic Cuban food) and a couple of State Parks. It was a manageable 2 hour drive to Key West which made for a long but fun day trip. My only real complaint was that the trip was too short! Next time we head to the Keys we'll be staying at Sunrise Breeze!

We arrived after a 5 day Disney cruise (5 of us), four adults and a 4 year old. We stayed 5 days, swam in the pool & played on the beach. Did four dives with Rainbow Reef, a snorkel tour at the state park. Visited friends in Summerland Key, on our way the Key West. Saw the birds at the wild bird sanctuary. We had a great time! The condo is in a great location with tons to do and see-it’s comfortable and clean. Thanks you!

We got it done! Sunrise Breeze is officially open for vacation renters. Closed on the property on December 21st, started renovations December 26th, and finished (barely) on February 3rd, all in between game show productions around the country. Next time I do one of these, hopefully it's not busy season and we can take 3 months for renovations.

Sunrise Breeze is in building number 5 which is the premier building within Ocean Pointe. If you look at the aerial pictures of the beautiful Ocean Pointe complex you will see why that is true. Sunrise Breeze is not only in the best building, it is located in a great location within that building.
