I am asked everyday if we are we are in a housing bubble. Many of my clients reference the national news and the headlines. These can certainly be misleading and scary. Yes... foreclosures were up in 2022 however they are still well below normal and they are no where near 2008-2009. We are still at all time low forclosure levels. Most homeowners are sitting on over $300k in home equity which will prevent a mass forclosure market.

Over my 21 years in this industry I can tell you two things. One is that I had never seen rates in the 2-3% range before Covid. Second is that the average home owner refinances their home every 3-5 years. This article gives great perspective. Focus on your furture home and the long term investment. Don't continue to delay home ownership. It may just pass you by.

📸 Welcome back to 75 Days of Murrieta Fire!

🌟 This we are bringing you some history! Ever since 1948, the "Old Fashioned Pit Barbecue" is held every April by the Murrieta Fire Protection District. The first barbecue was attended by 300 people and served 300 pounds of beef. We now serve approximately 2,500 people using over 2,000 pounds of beef. The Barbecue serves as a meeting place for residents and their families. People have the opportunity to look at the fire station, equipment and meet Fire District members.

📍 This year, we look forward to making the annual barbecue bigger and better than ever to celebrate the 75th anniversary. A date will be announced soon, so make sure to check MurrietaFire.org and follow along via social media.
