A little behind on this page. Heading home, a little sad to not wake up to that view everyday, but Cabo was amazing! Pics from days 5-8. Lots of food and drink, more massages, chartered a boat and swam in the ocean, snorkels and saw a lot of fish and saw a few whales . Also went to San Jose Del Cabo for Thursday night Art walk!

Cabo day 4…the boys played golf, the girls got massages on the beach, then cocktails and more guacamole! Then dinner at our favorite restaurant in Cabo. Holy lasagna! I tend to forget how good the food is. The best lasagna that rivals what I had in rome and the tiramisiu 😍 don’t even really like tiramisu but it’s amazing!

I’m putting this out there in case anybody is interested. I know not everyone travels at Christmas but for those of us that are empty nesters and have shared holidays, Jerry Matthew and I are doing this Christmas cruise on NCL Viva out of Puerto Rico Dec 22-29. It’s a bucketlist itinerary for me and the Viva is brand new ship. I already have 2 rooms booked but if we get just 3 more then we can get a group rate. Jerry and I paid $5500 for upper deck balcony (that’s with beverage/dining plan) and Matthew’s in solo studio $2453 with beverage/dining. We can save additional 10% with a group plus onboard credits.

Cabo day 1!! Early flight out of Tijuana with a 3 am wake up call! Landed, grabbed our car, checked out our accommodations which is my uncles new condo which is absolutely beautiful! Thanks Eugene Kovach Janice Ballard - Kovach. Then off To the grocery store to grab essentials for the week. Tequila!! Then off to downtown for some fun and food. First stop was Mango deck for some tableside guacamole . We opted to sit upstairs, downstairs was like spring break came early 😀 then to Monkey Business which is my favorite bar with the best margaritas. Then dinner at Los Tres Gallos. The tableside Caesar and mole enchiladas were fantastic as well as the Mariacis!

Happy New Year! Hope everybody had a great holiday! Where is everyone planning on traveling in 2024? I have a few things on the calendar :-)
1. Cabo in February
2. Mexico City, Puebla and Guanajuato in April
3. Matthew turns 21 in July so we are trying to decide where to celebrate at this point it will most likely be Vegas...
4. Disney Magic Sept 2-6 and Disney Wish Sept 6-9 (for a wedding).
5. We are still trying to decide what to do for the holidays this year. Since we did New York I am thinking something more warm/tropical and we are eyeing a Christmas Cruise on NCL Viva in December out of Puerto Rico. Bianca and Courtney will not be with us this Christmas but may have them for Thanksgiving pending Courtney's flying schedule with airlines this year.

I would love to squeeze Walt Disney World in somewhere but not sure when. 😩

🧑‍🎄 Merry Christmas Eve! We started the day with mother and daughter Rockette show at Radio City Music Hall. Then off to Central Park for a stroll but first grabbed a quick sandwich. We then headed to an Irish pub to watch some Cowboy football. Topped off the night with dinner at Carmines in Times Square! Now off to bed to get ready for Santa to arrive 🧑‍🎄

🎄 Last 2 days in New York City for the holidays. Highlights were the Rockefeller tree, pizza in uptown, Christmas bars, Christmas markets, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, 911 memorial, Christmas windows and dinner at Peter Lugers in Brooklyn! More fun to come tomorrow 🎄

Got an alert for airfare from LAX to Paris. Feb-May and August-Nov. if you are thinking of a European vacation next year this is a fantastic price. I wish I was seeing these prices last year when I travelled. These will not last long. You can combine these with an amazing cruise!
