Basement Area: Large studio with 1 Full Bath (shower), faces the waterside, fireplace, and queen bed . Basement is now under renovation to be completed Spring 2023. Will sleep 2. Returning Guests: $1,800 PER WEEK ($200 off list price), $1,300 per week in Winter
