4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 2,800 square feet, 2 levels, fully furnished and supplied, hearth fireplace, located on 200’ protected waterfront cove, very private and wooded, 800’ long driveway. Main Level: Elevated on sloping ground level entry thru garage or front door, no stairs, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, 2,000 sq.ft., wrap around deck, open living/kitchen/ dining

, 2 car garage, laundry room. This level sleeps 6 with one king bed in master suite, one queen room and one bedroom with twin beds. (One queen-size blow-up mattress available if needed). Basement Area: Large studio with 1 Full Bath (shower), faces the waterside, fireplace, and queen bed . Basement is now under renovation to be completed Spring 2023. Will sleep 2. Half of basement is the studio. and other half is storage. WEEKLY RATES , Call (850) 341-1648 if interested in a longer stay or month.
*The following rates are for 6 overnight guests max. Additional guests would incur added cost per head based on weekly seasonal rate (seasonal rate/6 guests = rate per person per week). Groups exceeding 10 overnight guests are not permitted.*

Weekly Rate: High Season: $2,000 / week (plus $150.00 clean fee) May 1 – October 31

Weekly Rate: Off Season: $1,500 / week (plus $150.00 clean fee) November 1 – April 31

Returning Guests: $1,800 PER WEEK ($200 off list price), $1,300 per week in Winter

*Many excursions and restaurants are closed after Columbus Day in Mid – October*

Monthly Pricing: High Season $5,900 Low Season: $4,000

Per Night Pricing: 4 Night Minimum: High season $295 per night Low Season: $225 per night

Payment: Pay by Venmo or Check - 50% to book and 50% prior to arrival. Pick up house key at 1312 E. Cervantes St. Pensacola, FL 32501 or other arrangements will be made if not in the Pensacola, FL area.
