Texas A&M University-Texarkana is hosting a Registration Express event TODAY, August 26, 2024 (the first day of the fall semester).

The event is designed to streamline the admissions and registration process and provide a “one-stop shop” to complete the enrollment process in the days leading up to and including the first day of the fall term.

Scholarships for new students are still available!
“We're thrilled to invite new students to our Registration Express events, where you can seamlessly move from admission to enrollment in one convenient location,” said Dr. Venus Lillis, Associate Vice President of Enrollment and Student Engagement.
“This is your opportunity to start your journey with us this fall, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Plus, for those who meet our requirements, scholarships are not only available but guaranteed. We can't wait to welcome you to our campus community!

The registration event will take place inside the Building for Academic and Student Services on the following day and time:
• August 26, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (First Day of Classes)

Participants will receive on-the-spot registration assistance and be able to speak with representatives from Financial Aid and with advisors. Appointments are not required. For additional information, please contact [email protected]

The 2024 State of Housing panel luncheon last week brought up some hot topics in the housing industry for Texarkana, USA🏡 We listened to current issues, chatted about solutions, and most importantly understood we can all come together to make a difference!♥️ Financial literacy was something that was discussed to prepare future home buyers on the steps of success when it comes to buying a house👏🏻

TC to Host Career Fair TODAY - July 18, from 2-5 PM! Meet Employers, Practice Interviewing Skills, Resume Workshop, and More!

Texarkana College is excited to announce its second annual Community Career Fair, which will take place on tomorrow, July 18, 2024, from 2 PM to 5 PM in the Truman Arnold Student Center Great Room. The event is free, open to the public, and will be an excellent opportunity for job seekers to connect with potential employers and explore new career paths.

With over 40 employers from various industries, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more, attendees will have the chance to meet with recruiters and learn about different job opportunities. The event will also feature workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and networking, which will help job seekers develop the skills they need to succeed in their job search. Participants are also able to receive a free professional headshot while at the career fair.

"We are thrilled to host our second annual Community Career Fair," said Lee Williams III, Executive Director of Student Success, Retention, and TRIO-EOC at Texarkana College.
