Postman Thomas T. Frazier was the First black City Letter Carrier in Thomasville, Georgia. His career started in 1902, and he retired in 1948. He is a graduate of Savannah State College. Mr. Frazier was born in 1888 and died in 1972 at the age of 84 years old.
