✨TRUE LIFE: I’m a Travel Advisor ✨
Do you guys remember that MTV show? 😂 The whole premise was to give you an inside look or “true life” view into another person’s perspective - everything from religion, athletics, politics, and quirks were covered. And the title and opening were always the same - “TRUE LIFE: I’m x, y, z” 📺
So for this episode of TRUE LIFE, here’s a glimpse into the life of a Travel Advisor. Yesterday morning, I was up and had my coffee brewed and my laptop powered on at 5:30 a.m. I was primed and ready for 6:00 a.m. EST when WDW dining reservations were to open. 🍴
At 6:00 on the dot I refreshed my screen and was able to select and confirm the first of two table-service character meals for a party of six. By 6:07 my tasks were complete and I was able to go about my normal weekday morning routine of getting my two kids and myself ready for the day ahead (with some key interventions from Dad)! ⏰
This is a HUGE perk of booking your (Disney) travel with me - I’ll set my alarms and navigate the reservation system so that you don’t have to - and at no additional cost to you! Oh, and did I mention that all of my services are completely complimentary to you? 🤯
That’s right, booking with a travel advisor doesn’t have to cost you anything! Suppliers pay me for your booking after you travel. In fact, TA rates are already built into their pricing. So if you choose not to use a Travel Advisor, you’re essentially paying for a service that you’re not receiving! 💸

Did you know that all four parks at Walt Disney World have a Baby Care Center? These centers are quiet, clean, and weather-controlled (hello air conditioning) and are a great place to take a break to change your toddler, feed your baby, or just to take a few minutes to get out of the sun and off your feet! 👶🏻
My family used this Baby Care Center at Animal Kingdom when we were there in February. We ended up spending about half and hour there between changing my toddler, planning our next destination, and putting in a mobile order for pick-up! My five year old also enjoyed watching a little bit of Tangled on the tv there as the adults were making our plans. 🚽
The use of the Baby Care Centers is complimentary but as you can see in this video, they do have baby and childcare essentials available for those times when there is an accident or maybe your forgot or ran out of something. 🍼
If you have young kids, I highly recommend you plan to stop at the Baby Care Centers during your next visit to any of the Walt Disney World parks! 🧑🧑🧒🧒
