“I want to give a shout out to one of my oldest friends Sherry Pritz Enderle and my new travel agent Navigate the World Travel Co. ! Sherry put together our amazing Paris and Morocco family trip for us. If you know me well at all you know my working background (before starting our Shaklee business 20 years ago) I was a tour operator, travel agent and then worked for the airlines. So I know how to do all this stuff! But do I want to? No! 😀 It's a lot of hard work! 😅 Sherry is up on all the new travel trends and does all the bookings, makes the phone calls and all the little things to make your trip special. And she doesn't cost you a dime and may well save you money! And a huge thing for me is she is a text or phone call away when you're on your trip in case something goes haywire (and it will 🤪) For example on this trip the very first day our Delta flight to Paris was cancelled and she got on the phone to sort things out while we were travelling down the mountain to LA with Pinto Bean to hook up with Alina and Tim and the pet sitter. Then taking an Uber to the dreaded LAX! The last thing I wanted to do was be making phone calls and waiting on hold that day. We ended up flying on Air France and the rest of the trip was smooth 🇫🇷🇲🇦 Thank you Sherry! FYI - if you plan on visiting either Italy or Scotland in 2025. 🇮🇹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

“Important dates to know: Many of you know about the Jubilee in Italy next year, but if you don't the already busy country will be very busy. Meaning prices will increase and availability will be tight.

*The Jubilee 2025 is a special holy year in Rome and the Vatican City, and across Italy, starting at Christmas 2024 and ending at Epiphany 2026. A Jubilee year is a time for celebration, and sees millions of pilgrims visiting Rome seeking spiritual renewal and a stronger connection to their faith.

Another area to know is Scotland - August is a very busy time with the Oasis concerts, military tattoo and Fringe Festival. Again, pricing will be high and availability will be limited.

If your clients have flexibility in their travels please do not suggest peak times - or they will have to increase their budgets.”

Survive and Thrive Interest Form
Boulder County will be using funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for the Survive and Thrive Grants to nonprofit and child care providers who are operating within Boulder County and who have experienced negative impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Survive and Thrive project will offer unrestricted funds to support nonprofit (501c3 and 501c19) and childcare providers serving children ages 0-5 (including legally operating unlicensed child care providers, otherwise known as Family, Friends and Neighbor providers) to stabilize their business conditions, workforce and operations.
