Flashback Friday to my birthday 2019🥳 It had been a loooooong time since I had been to Catalina island and my kiddos had never been so it seemed like the perfect day trip! We took the Catalina Express ) warning: if you have morion issues TAKE meclazine and stay low and outside on the trip over!🤪🤢We were lucky enough to be able to buy tickets for the Avalon Ballroom tour on the ferry. My darling daughter has a dream to go to the Avalon Ball someday so the tour was a fantastic start to the day! We also hiked to the top of one of the hills to get a great view of the harbor, tried to find sea glass (not much) at the beach and had Antonio’s pizza (a landmark that’s been around since way before I have!) and delicious ice cream! A lovely day that I hope to repeat again someday soon with an overnight in a hotel instead of two trips across the water in one day! 😜🌊🌊

On this very warm Southern California April day I am remembering our trip in 2019 and the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival and the VI🟣LET LEM🟡NADE that is OH so delicious!!! 💜💛🍋☀️ Wish I could transport myself there right now🥰😍 (at the very least I could escape all the April fools stories! 🥸🤪😎)
