There are several pools and places on the beach to enjoy the sun and beautiful ocean water. The large pool has a swim up bar, volleyball and entertainment..a favorite.
The beach has chairs, umbrellas, cabanas and over the water pergolas for a relaxing day

South Coast are endless. Water sports include sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, water sking, sailboarding…
Other activities include beach volleyball, pool, ping pong, tennis, pickleball, shuffle board, basketball…
There is something for everyone.

Ubud Bali…at the Dumba coffee factory we learned the difference between male and female
Coffee beans…..we tasted the coffees and found out personal favorite.

Ubud Bali….Batik is a method to put designs on fabrics…the demonstration showed a method with hot wax outlining designs on the fabric. The fabric will be dipped in dye before the wax is removed.

Today we travelled about an hour to Ubud making several stops at local businesses along the way. The US Silver store has displays on a variety of sculptures. Each animal has a special significance….for example a pig represents a piggy bank for savings and being thrifty.

Event from the ocean to the Temple to cleanse the soul. Was a treat to see a local ceremony.

Tirta Gangga is a former royal place in eastern Bali. It is noted for Karangasem royal water palace, bathing pools, and Patirthan Temple. It was nearly destroyed by the eruption of Mount Agung in 1963….it has since been rebuilt.
