Beginning May 7, 2025, all U.S. airlines will require a REAL ID-compliant document to board a domestic flight. If your driver’s license or ID has a star, you are REAL ID ready.
Michiganders can obtain a REAL ID by visiting Michigan.gov/REALID to schedule an appointment at any Secretary of State office.
