People always ask: How do clean items get hung on the rail system on the ceiling?
Here's a quick video on how this happens!
After clean products come out of our tunnel washers, they go to our dryers. Once dry, products dump out onto a conveyor belt and are transferred down the line to get hung.
This video shows how they get up onto our automated rail system above our facility. Once they're hung, these products wait until it's their turn to get pressed or folded.

This is the healthcare belt where Jeff (one of our team’s superstars ⭐️) rips open bags to prep products so they can go up the belt to be sorted.
Once they’re sorted, products are lifted up into our ceiling rail system to wait for their turn to be washed. 🧼 Each product is washed in batches in our large tunnel washers with specific chemistry, to get them hygienically clean.

Last week, we had a 99.46% load fill percentage for our customers.
That means, we delivered 99.46% of products that our customers ordered on their normal delivery day. We track this number every.single.day and it's a production goal for our team.
The biggest complaint we hear from potential customers is that their linen company doesn't deliver their products.
We care about load fill because our priority is getting our customers the products that they pay for. It's just the right way to do business, in our humble opinion.
