Did you know the trivets located at our homes are from stones harvested from our property? We were fortunate to team up with many years ago. They came to our farm to harvested stones and turned them into these beautiful trivets that we use at our home and some of our properties.

This group of ladies that stayed at the Samuel Church Estate took full advantage of everything to see and do in our local area. They also throughly enjoyed all the history of the home even reaching out to me with details they were able to discover. With four bedrooms, two living rooms, a dining room and a beautiful sunporch there is so much room for everyone to be comfortable.

Did you know when we bought the Schoolhouse it looked like this? We didn’t know until after we started our renovations that it used to be a one room schoolhouse. When we learned that our whole plan changed->then our whole life changed!

The views from the rear of Nonquit Cottage can’t be beat! It’s so private and serene, and our guests have reported quite a bit of wildlife as well. One of their favorite parts of the home is the screened porch where you can enjoy this view without the bugs!
