First, let us congratulate you on your upcoming Wedding! Richard Tidyman are non-denominational, interfaith, ordained ministers, officiating weddings that are customized to create meaningful, heartfelt ceremonies. Dr. Michael Dakotah was ordained in the Catholic Apostolic Church. We have performed weddings in Boone, West Jefferson, Banner Elk, Linville, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis and East
ern Tennessee and have over 40 combined years experience as wedding ministers in the High Country. Gregory, Sandra and Richard are ordained ministers with Universal Brotherhood Movement, Inc., a non-denominational inter-faith organization. Our doctrine is unconditional love, non-judgment and tolerance. We also perform commitment ceremonies, baptisms, christenings, memorial services and heartfelt recommitment ceremonies. From the largest formal function to an elopement, your wedding is the most important event happening on that day. We welcome all loving couples. We accommodate: differing faiths, first weddings or otherwise, blended family weddings and same s*x marriages. You will love the customized, professional, ceremony we design. Our experience also includes remote site weddings, theme weddings, trail weddings, and pet-friendly weddings. We are proud members of the High Country's premier wedding organization, ACES, Association of Consultants & Event Services.

The sun is rising on a new life for me. After thirty two years officiating weddings I am about to retire. As of June thirtieth I will begin a new life. I will focus more of my time and energy on spiritual pursuits. Until that time, if I am available, I will be happy to officiate. Afterwards, I may make myself available for emergency situations. I am grateful to all of you, whom I have worked with over the years. Thank you for your amazing support. I am forever grateful.

Don't let the blue skies fool you. If rain On your wedding day brings good luck, Matt and Emily are the luckiest couple on the planet! Unpredictable weather and tough decisions ( Inside or outside?) Did not stop this couple from getting married. The picture you cannot see is the rainbow that predominated the background of their wedding at White crow wedding venue Near Banner Elk. Mackenzie and Nick chose Twickenham House in Jefferson for their wedding site. A few raindrops fell during the ceremony which of course is good luck! The couple expressed great happiness during their ceremony and afterward. It was a beautiful and elegant event. Thanks to Leigh Harrow and Twickenham House staff for a wonderful experience.

Sierra and Gregory married at the Mill on Rock Creek amid the most beautiful weather one can imagine. Friends and family gathered round, the wedding took place outside and everything was perfect. The weather may have been cold and wet but the ceremony was as warm as toast. Micah and Harley sealed their vows in Banner Elk at a beautiful private wooden cabin. Although not in the picture, their son Courtney graced them with his presence. A beautiful family and a beautiful ceremony. Thanks to Megan Shepherd for awesome pictures.

The Inn at Little Pond In Vilas, hosted Scott and Jan's elopement ceremony. Many thanks to April, one of the innkeepers for her assistance. Reverend Doctor Gregory Possman delivered a short secular ceremony to finalize their vows. Beautiful December weather prevailed.

Encountering one of the steepest driveways I have ever enjoyed,

Kasey and Matthew added a ribbon handfasting to their ceremony, encouraging their guests to participate by bringing up the ribbons. Overlook Barns' cliffside Facility, created a warm and cozy atmosphere for this couple's wedding. Megan from Hosea House provided wedding coordinator services. All went very smoothly!

Neither, the rain pouring down from the heavens, Nor the fog as thick as pea soup, could stop Samantha and Delaney from getting married. They're wedding took place at the Lump Overlook accompanied by their family and friends. The weather at their reception was much more agreeable!
