Handyperson wanted to perform caretaker/property upkeep duties on a continuing basis at our AirBnb property in Twin Lakes. Tasks include roof and other snow removal, lawn mowing, pier installation and removal, general upkeep, etc. Individual will be an independent contractor and paid on hourly basis for work done. Hourly rate is $20. Some travel reimbursement possible. Contact Dave for more information.
