Going through some treasures in the office attic and found this and thought our neighbors in Chadwick Beach would appreciate it. It's a handwritten brochure from Chadwick Beach Co. selling 5 different model homes, all with "pure running water" and "city gas...not bottled." Circa 1940s.

We will begin accepting new 2025 reservations (by phone or on-line) on Monday, December 2nd. In-person reservations and house showings will begin on Saturday, December 7th. Please call us before coming to Ocean Beach to view houses so we can make sure the house(s) you want to see can be viewed in person.

Great old shot high above OB2. Probably from the early 1950's.

What I see:
- Virtually no OB 3 middle block houses yet.
- Seacrest Beach just starting.
- No marina.
- No OB 3 boat basin yet.
- Is that an early view of the OB 3 clubhouse?
- I believe I see the old train station at the end of what would be West Amberjack Way.
- No south bound highway yet.

What do you see?

Comet alert! We caught a glimpse of the comet tonight on the ocean front on OBIII.

We just had these glasses turned in to our rental office. They were found near the OB 3 clubhouse. If they are yours we are open today until 5pm.

If you're in the area, go outside and look up! You'll need a camera with a night setting, but if you look north east, you'll see this: the Aurora borealis or Northern lights!!!
